The Synapse Project originated along the borders of the Brussels’s Canal in 2004 in the cradle of the local neighbourhood association La Rue in a workgroup of inhabitants called «Points-Noirs | Points-Fleurs». With support of a group of engineers and the people of City-mine(d) the project has been elaborated and was adopted by CanaleTTo in 2005.http://www.bruxel.org/synapse/index.html
